Abstract

Work readiness has now been widely defined to serve as a benchmark for various parties, including universities responsible for producing graduates ready for the workforce. Employability skills, ICT literacy, and English proficiency are key aspects of work readiness. This study aims to analyze these aspects using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method within a web-based system. The results obtained from this experiment include a student work readiness assessment analysis system with high accuracy and objectivity in evaluation.
